Returns and refunds should be simple and hassle free. If you’re not satisfied with your product, return it to us for a free refund!

We offer free refunds on all unopened products, postage paid by us.


We accept any returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Any return after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Special orders or custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.

Returns can be processed HERE. Simply follow this link, input your order number, and select the items you intend to return. You will be provided an email with a shipping label. You will affix this label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your local post office.


Your item must be unopened and in the original packaging to receive a full refund.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect your item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Your credit will be received according to your card issuer’s policy.

If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective item, reach out to our customer service team to initiate a replacement.
