When I was diagnosed with IBS-D my doctor recommened this product to help stop my diarrhea and heal my gut. From the very first day it did start to do both as my stool was more normal. It contains no whey and is also suitable for a Vegan diet. The taste is good.
I have been drinking this every morning for about 9 months and will continue. The taste is good and it is simple to prepare for a quick, healthy morning protein drink.
